Returns & Exchanges Policy — PeechLove

At PeechLove, we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident with your purchase. While we maintain strict hygiene standards (especially in the intimate and bodywear categories), we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.

1) Return Window (14 Days)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2) Eligibility Criteria (What qualifies for return)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and unwashed
In its original packaging
With all tags/labels intact
Requested within 14 days of delivery
Returned with receipt/proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where applicable), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3) Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at peechlovestore@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photos/videos of the issue (including packaging)

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as a priority.

4) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:

We also do not accept returns for:

Sale items
Gift cards

5) Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the preferred item/size.

6) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
Your bank/card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund

7) European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
